It is your right to have your data deleted – and with us it's straightforward. Below we explain step by step how to request it.

How to request deletion of your data

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 17 GDPR). Synora AI (owner: Ömer Akgeyik) operates an AI-assisted phone and communication service for businesses, including communication via WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Step by step

  1. Send an email to info@synora-ai.de with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Tell us which data you want deleted – in particular the phone number or WhatsApp number you used to contact us, or the relevant email address (international format, e.g. +49…).
  3. If known, name the business you contacted, so we can identify your record.

We process your request without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest and confirm the deletion to you. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

Deletion of WhatsApp-related data

If you communicated via WhatsApp with an account operated through Synora, we will, upon your request, delete the content stored for your WhatsApp number (e.g. message history and any voice notes or images you sent). Provide your WhatsApp number in international format (e.g. +49…).

Which data is deleted?

We delete the personal data stored about you, such as transcripts, structured request data (tickets) and message histories. Audio recordings are generally not stored. Excluded from deletion is data we are required to retain under statutory retention obligations; such data is blocked for other purposes.

Note for business customers (end of engagement)

If you use Synora as a business and want your entire data set deleted (e.g. at the end of the contract), a message to info@synora-ai.de is sufficient. We delete the data processed on your behalf in accordance with the data processing agreement.
