Will my customers notice they are talking to an AI?
The voice is natural and clear – most callers don't notice a difference from a human employee. For transparency, we can announce at the start of the call that a digital assistant is supporting the conversation. This follows the EU AI Act (Art. 50, effective 02 Aug 2026) and works as a trust signal in the premium segment, not a drawback.
Is an AI phone assistant GDPR compliant?
Yes. All processing takes place on servers within the EU. Calls are not recorded and never written to disk (§201 of the German Criminal Code) – only the text transcript and the structured fields are kept for a short, defined retention period. We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) as standard.
